I would like to seek your guidance on a recurring challenge we have been experiencing. Due to frequent staff transitions driven by funding changes, counselors are often replaced which creates difficulties in managing referrals that were previously assigned to outgoing staff members.
Would it be possible to introduce a mechanism that allows the ownership of referrals to be changed from an outgoing counselor to an incoming counselor at once just like assignment/transfers?
Such a feature would greatly simplify change of ownership on referrals and reduce the hard work of case by case change of ownership(re-refer a case to a different counselor) whenever counselors’ leave or change a working location.
